    Hi WP Forms Lite support

    Since the 20th February I am not able to update my Plugins and Themes automatically as well as I am not able to create backups with backup buddy. In the error log from my server I can see that the error could be related to WP Forms lite.

    Would you be able to look into this as I need to resolve it, because I need to further develop this client site.

    On checking the logs, it looks like the issue may be stemming from your server, as the error message indicates:

    WordPress database error Lost connection to MySQL server during query for query SHOW FULL COLUMNS FROM wp_actionscheduler_actions

    This suggests that your server may be experiencing database connection issues.

    I’d recommend reaching out to your hosting provider and sharing these logs with them. They should be able to check your MySQL configuration and resolve any timeout or connectivity issues.

    Hi Ali

    Thank you for your answer. In the meantime, I have deactivated and deleted all folders from the Plugin W3 Total Cache and now the action_scheduler_run_queue works again. The automatic updates work and the BackUps as well and the message on the website health check is gone.
