Fatal Error after 2.2.17 Update

    After updating to version 2.2.17 we received a fatal error which brought down the site. Here is the error:
    PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Failed opening required '../plugins/cheqpay-payment-gateway/includes/class-cheqpay-logger.php' in ../plugins/cheqpay-payment-gateway/cheqpay-payment-gateway.php:67

    I checked the downloaded files along with the SVN and the file “class-cheqpay-logger.php” is not included.
