    Any thoughts on the below error? Had to deactivate the plug-in.

    An error of type E_COMPILE_ERROR was caused in line 110 of the file /netfs/nfs/hwsto02/data/web-02/home/tech4people/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wordfence/wordfence.php. Error message: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/netfs/nfs/hwsto02/data/web-02/home/tech4people/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wordfence/waf/bootstrap.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/share/php’)

    Hi @kmelcm, sorry to see you’ve had an issue with the update.

    I’ve seen warnings like this caused by the need to flush OPCache on the server. It could also be worth clearing any caching plugins you have installed.

    If that doesn’t work, certainly try reinstalling the plugin as some errors of this nature are caused by an incomplete or outdated file from a recent attempted plugin auto-update.     Thanks for your quick response. Based on this I did the simplest test first and just deleted the plugin and reinstalled/activated (which kept all my settings) and is now working fine!
