fatal error after latest update

I just updated to latest jigoshop this morning. After update it would not activate

i get the following fatal error:

Fatal error: Class ‘Jigoshop_Singleton’ not found in /home/xxxx/public_html/xxxx/wp-content/plugins/jigoshop/admin/jigoshop-admin-settings-api.php on line 17

I am currently using Infocus theme version 3.0

php version 5.3.25
