    Something similar happened to me. I can’t even get back into my dashboard!
    We have several plugins.

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function tcp_add_template_class() in /home/content/09/10184409/html/wp-content/plugins/thecartpress/classes/TCP_Plugin.class.php on line 163

    please, Could you send me the list of TheCartPress plugins?

    Or better, you could rename theCartPress plugins folders, from thecarptress-xxxxxxx to _thecartpress-xxxxxxx

    Then activate TheCartPress and rename again the plugins to thecarptress-xxxxxxx

    Sorry this fell off my radar for a little while. I appreciate the reply.

    It worked for me!

    I was using the following add-on plugins:
    Dynamic Options
    CSV Loader
    Price by Customer
    Canadapost

    Hi,

    You have to update all of them and then activate TheCartPress.
