I got a 500 error after updating this morning. Site not working, had to do a restore.

Same here. I FTPed into my server, changed the name of the DWQA plugin folder, and was able to get back into my site.
The update seems to have resolved my error. Thank you.

I was able to fix it by renaming the old dw-question-answer.php and uploading the new dw-question-answer.php into the dw-question-answer folder.
