Fatal error: Allowed memory size

Hi,
I have a strange problem with plugin.
After enabling plugin I can’t using wp-cli
When I try to do it it returning every time
“Fatal error: Allowed memory size”
When plugin is disabled wp-cli working correctly.
I checked all the plugins and this is the only one causing the problem
