Fatal Error apply_filters()

Hi, sometimes when after visit a page for the second time, it shows a blank page.
Then if I turn on the debug, it shows this error and even if I refresh the page it remain blank.
Fatal error: Call to undefined function apply_filters() in /var/www/vhosts/xxxxx/xxxxx/content/plugins/w3-total-cache/inc/define.php on line 119

It only happens when I have page cache active.
