Fatal error: call to undefined function . . .

    I logged into my cp to and chose to automatically update my version. The update failed, and I am not locked out of my cp. I can’t get in at all. When I log onto my blog cp, I get this message on a white screen:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_network_admin() in /home/frog/public_html/blog/wp-admin/admin-header.php on line 16

    Please help!!!
