• The error I am receiving is Fatal error: Call to undefined function _get_list_table() in ……./wp-admin/plugins.php on line 15 (Took out the path in this post for security). I have uploaded and re-uploaded this particular file several times and this is a fresh install of wordpress 4.3.1, don’t know what to do next. I’ve had similar issues with this install and once I re-uploaded a file the particular error message was gone and it was fine. Don’t know what the issue is here. This is running on a windows server, I believe.

Try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via FTP or SFTP, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).
