If I try to install this plugin on my website I see this message

Fatal error: Call to undefined function home_url() in /var/www/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-https/lib/WordPressHTTPS.php on line 85

WordPress MU 2.9.2 with buddypress version 1.2.3

Someone can help me?

Your version of WordPress is too old to use the current version of this plugin. The latest version of this plugin that you can use is version 2.0.4. which you can download here.
