Fatal Error: Call to undefined function mb_strpos()

    I keep receiving the message on a post:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function mb_strpos() in /home/username/public_html/mysite/wp-content/themes/mytheme/admin/theia-post-slider/TpsMisc.php on line 130

    and I’ve searched and browsed other previously asked and answered problems but can’t seem to find an answer. Could someone tell me what I could do or where I could insert a definition for this?
