    I install wordpress on my localhost, but when i lauch localhost/wordpress, that error is shown:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function set_magic_quotes_runtime() in C:\AppServ\www\wordpress\wp-settings.php on line 27

    dont know how to fix. help me do it plz!

    Simple method is core-reinstall. Maybe a few files aren’t copied or are corrupted. Reinstall mostly helps such cases. As this is local installation, there shouldn’t be any damage. Try it
