Fatal error: Call to undefined function token_get_all()

    Hello , in case of any one need that or face this kind of error :
    Fatal error: Call to undefined function token_get_all()
    wordpress 4.8
    localhost ampps on mac
    php v5,3

    i get this error directly after activate the plugin
    i try to downgrade to 3.0 version but it wasn’t help, so after that i change my local host php version to 7.0
    and it solve the problem .
