I’ve been updating plugins & tried to install the latest wordpress update to 4.8.

Now I can’t login to my wp admin page as it is displaying the following error message:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_generate_password() in /home/thebran7/public_html/wp-admin/includes/file.php on line 179

Access the files using FTP and Try deactivating all plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

If that does not resolve the issue, try switching to the default theme for your version of WordPress to rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

Never mind, I’ve identified the issue as exceeding disk space.
