I was running WordPress 4.7.3 when upgrading the Simple Firewall module. The error I got was:

Fatal error: Call to undefined method ICWP_WPSF_Processor_Ips::getFeature() in /WEBROOT_PATH/public_html/mydomain.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-simple-firewall/src/processors/ips.php on line 32

I have since upgraded to WordPress 4.7.4.

The best approach might be for me to reinstall the plugin to ensure nothing has broken, and see how that goes?

I’ve just tested upgrading to 4.7.4 first on another website, and then upgrading plugins. However the same error occurred.

I wasn’t updating the Simple Firewall plugin, but just these:

    Updating Plugin Shield Security (1/2)
Shield Security updated successfully. Show Details
    Updating Plugin Yoast SEO (2/2)
Yoast SEO updated successfully. Show Details

Ahh yes, this would be only during the upgrade, not during operations. Some of the method names have been modified so there may be errors. This is an artefact of just how PHP is run and WordPress executes updates. Nothing to worry about.
