  • Hi @alexeykosov,

You can try a couple things here, you could update your PHP, since 7.2 is no longer supported, we have already tested NextGEN Gallery up to 8.2.

You can also try rolling back to NextGEN 3.41 as 3.5x has had some bugs we will address in an upcoming update, if this fixes the issue let me know so I can report it.

    Please keep me posted.

    Hi @alexeykosov ,

We haven’t heard back from you in a few days, so I’m going to go ahead and close this thread for now. But if you’d like us to assist further, please feel welcome to continue the conversation.

    Thanks!
