Fatal error: Cannot declare class WP_Block_Styles_Registry

    I just went to update WordPress from I think 5.2.5 to the latest version, and in the middle of updating it came up with this message on my site. The admin side also shows this so I can’t even log-in and do anything.

    Fatal error: Cannot declare class WP_Block_Styles_Registry, because the name is already in use in /home/themich2/domains/themichaelminer.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/gutenberg/lib/class-wp-block-styles-registry.php on line 14

    You have to delete Gutenberg plugin in
    ../public_html/wp-content/plugins/gutenberg

    use FTP or your hosting control panel filemanager.

    WordPress 5.0+ has Gutenberg bundled-in and you dont need to use it as plugin.
    However, if you like block editor bleeding edge features, you can reinstall Gutenberg plugin anytime (but keep it up to date!)
