Fatal error: Cannot use …\local\settings as setting

Hi there, thank you for answering me, i am using Filetrip plugins and it requires caldera form, it was fine been a while, recently the Filetrip ran into problem then i upgraded newest version, turns out this error message, please advice me through how i get this fix. So much thanks!
