Fatal Error: Can't access admin area

    I’ve got a Fatal error: Call to a member function get() on a non-object in /home4/instcert/public_html/MYSITEINFO/wp-includes/query.php on line 28

    I can’t access the admin area, is there a way to restore my site from backups without being able to access the admin area?

    Hi Ray,

    Yes – your UpdraftPlus backups are standard zip files. So, you can unzip them on your PC, and restore them by uploading via FTP into your webspace. So, if it was updating a plugin that broke your site, then unzip the plugins zip, and upload the contents of that into wp-content/plugins (having removed the existing wp-content/plugins), for example.
