We checked this on our end, but we could not reproduce the same issue.
Could you please confirm that you completely deleted the old Dokan Order Approval plugin before installing and activating Order Approval v2.2.0?
Please note that from version 2.2.0 onwards, no add-ons are required. Only the Order Approval plugin is needed, so any previous Dokan Order Approval add-on should be removed before activation.
Starting from version 2.2.0, Dokan and WCFM Multivendor support are built directly into the Order Approval plugin, so no separate integration add-ons are required.
If you are still facing the same issue, could you please share any debug logs or fatal error logs that you can find? This would help us identify the cause.
Also, if possible, could you recreate the issue on a TasteWP site and share the login credentials with us? That will allow us to investigate the issue more easily and provide a solution faster.

I think the issue came from Dokan Order Approval, which got automatically installed during my Dokan set up process. I removed it and your plugin was able to activate without the error.
