Fatal error: Can’t install themes and plugins

Hello,

i have weird problem that never happend before and can’t really figure it out.

When i istall the wordpress it is all fine, but then when i try to install my theme it doesn’t work, i can’t even install plugins. It always shows this fatal error:

I also tried to install the older version of wordpress, but still the same result. Then i though the problem is probably on the host so i tried to install wordpress on local but it still doing the same error. I don’t get it, it’s brand new installation of the wordpress so there can’t be anything wrong, but even that it IS…
