Fatal Error caused by language support ?

Hi

on my website http://www.motivgruppe-musik.com I get the following fatal error:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 62914560 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 589824 bytes) in /homepages/14/d195184669/htdocs/clickandbuilds/CMS1/wp-content/uploads/wp-statistics/cache.php on line 97623

I know, that this is a common, well-known issue (multiple reports earlier).
However, I see a very specific behavior:
This error only appears, when the website is called in German language.
If I switch the language to English, the error is gone (switching back to German, it appears again).
The error is independent from what page and/or post is accessed on the front-end (even appears on the simple welcome page).

The error is always reported for wp-statistics/cache.php and always for the same line number 97623.

Any idea how to solve this problem ?
