    Hello,

    Since around 4am MT, we received the following fatal error from the WP Mail Logging plugin:

    Error Details
    =============
    An error of type E_ERROR was caused in line 15 of the file /var/web/site/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-mail-logging/src/WPML_Plugin.php. Error message: Uncaught Error: Class “No3x\WPML\WPML_LifeCycle” not found in /var/web/site/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-mail-logging/src/WPML_Plugin.php:15

    We are using WordPress version 6.7.2, WP Mail Logging (version 1.14.0) and PHP version 8.1.32. We weren’t able to access the site and the dashboard until this plugin was deactivated. Could you let us know if there is a way to fix this error? Thank you.

    And a follow-up, if we need to reinstall the plugin, will we lose our current log history?

    Hi there @ypeng,

    Thanks for reaching out. Reinstalling shouldn’t wipe your current log history unless the Cleanup option was enabled. That option isn’t enabled automatically, so if you never turned it on, you should be good.

    If you’re not sure if that option was enabled or not, what you could try doing is installing the plugin manually with FTP. In case it helps, WPBeginner has a great article that walks through the process of manually installing a WordPress plugin via FTP:

    https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/step-by-step-guide-to-install-a-wordpress-plugin-for-beginners/#aioseo-manually-install-a-wordpress-plugin-using-ftp

    It’s possible that something removed or corrupted one or more of the files in the plugin. If you upload the files directly with FTP, you’ll send them to the file system directly so anything that’s broken or missing will be overwritten.

    I hope that helps! Have a great day!
