Fatal Error Class not found

    after upgrading i am getting these errors which take the site down

    [29-Jan-2015 20:51:58 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Class ‘WPSEO_OpenGraph’ not found in /wp-content/plugins/wordpress-seo/wp-seo-main.php on line 302

    i turned off opengraph but then this one pops up:

    [29-Jan-2015 20:52:29 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Class ‘WPSEO_Replace_Vars’ not found in /wp-content/plugins/wordpress-seo/inc/wpseo-functions.php on line 171

    i tried removing and then reinstalling the plugin to no success?
    i tried with different themes, no luck with that either.

    any ideas?
