Fatal error – Conflict?

    A couple of weeks ago Master Add-ons returned a fatal error. I renamed its folder in WP-Content / plugins to get back into the site. I noticed updates in the last few days, so tried again. This time the WordPress fatal error email cited Contact List as the culprit, but that plugin has been working fine. When again I renamed the Master Add-ons plugin folder, all was well.

    Are you aware of a conflict with Contact List? I am using WordPress v6.9.4 and Master Add-ons 3.0.3.

    Thank you so much for getting in touch.

    I wanted to know weather you are facing problem instantly after updating the plugin into 3.0.3? We got the error and solved it into 3.0.3 version, this issue was in the 3.0.0 version. As you maybe noticed we have brought a massive changes in Master Addons including the UI and performance of it’s functionality.

    If will be great if you able to let me know which theme you are using + what plugin you have active in your WordPress Dashboard. I will create a similar enviroment on my local server and debug the issue,.

    Just tried again to install and activate Master Addons v3.0.4. As soon as I activate I get a fatal error. Using Elementor and OceanWP theme.

    Thanks for sharing the theme and plugin list.

    Also one more question, If possible can you enable the debug log and share send me the debug log? At this time I am trying to create a similar environment like your website in my local server.

    Then I will check this out properly. Also Notify me your php version too if you know it.

    I got the issue now. Actually the problem is with RegistrationMagic plugin. Me and our team are working on this conflict issue and will release a new update.

    We just released a new update of Master Addons plugin. Please update or install this v3.0.5 in your website and the issue will be resolved.
