    Hello,

This is not the first time MailPoet crashes due to missing tables.

Currently I have the following error:

Got error 'PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Uncaught PDOException: SQLSTATE[42S22]: Column not found: 1054 Unknown column 't0.woocommerce_synced_at' in 'field list' in [edited]/wp-content/plugins/mailpoet/vendor-prefixed/doctrine/dbal/lib/Doctrine/DBAL/Driver/PDOStatement.php:2\nStack trace:\n#0 [edited]/wp-content/plugins/mailpoet/vendor-prefixed/doctrine/dbal/lib/Doctrine/DBAL/Driver/PDOStatement.php(2): PDOStatement->execute()\n#1

Almost every time MailPoet updates itself it creates a missing column fatal error.

    Please help.

    Thank you!

    Hi there @ndragomir 👋🏽!

Thank you for reaching out to MailPoet Support!

This is not the first time MailPoet crashes due to missing tables.

Could you please try to reinstall the plugin via FTP and see if that fixes the issue on your site? https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/258-re-installing-updating-the-plugin-via-ftp

Please keep us posted if you need any further help.

    Cheers!

    Hi,

Reinstalling the plugin via FTP using the method described here https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/258-re-installing-updating-the-plugin-via-ftp did not work.

    We have the same problem:

Column not found: 1054 Unknown column 't0.email_count' in 'field list' in /home/weirhau/public_html/wp-content/plugins/mailpoet/vendor-prefixed/doctrine/dbal/lib/Doctrine/DBAL/Driver/PDOStatement.php:59

Resetting the plugin didn’t change anything

Indeed, after the latest update I got the same error as Domenik, again.

For us there was no fix for the initially reported error; I had to reinstall.

For this one, luckily, I’ve made a backup prior to updating so I reverted back to the previous version and blocked updates for MailPoet until stable updates are released (I know, not ideal but …).
