Fatal Error During Initial Setup

    I am excited to use your plugin and have setup what I believe needs to be done however new posts are not publishing to Instagram (bargain.brother).

    Furthermore, I received a message from WordPress saying that the plugin caused a Fatal Error.

    I’d greatly appreciate some help getting this initial setup completed.

    I’ve enabled error message reporting but it did not send to my admin email…rather I just got this email from WordPress stating the fatal error.

    I received another error while trying to post again:

    “InstagramAPI\Response\ConfigureResponse: Evergram error while uploading the video.”

    Note: there is no video is my post.

    Hi,

    Are you connected successfully? Can you see green tick mark and Instagram ID on plugin login page?
    If connected and no notifications at all and no posting then it means

    1- You may missing featured image of the post/product.
    2- Any cache plugin or VaultPress installed. These plugins interrupts live/schedule postings.
    3- Any similar Instagram plugin having same libs may conflict.

    There maybe other reasons but these needs to be check first.

    The issue is resolved now.

    The problem was with the Instagram IP-Location verification thing. I had to approve it like 30 times on Friday and now Monday it is working.
