Fatal error during plugin activation

    While trying to activate this plugin on my WordPress(v5.4.2) site I’m getting the following fatal error.

    Please install Advanced Custom Fields plugin first to use Fuel – Bitcentral plugin.

    My site is running ACF Pro v5.9.9. Any idea what might be causing activation to fail?

    This fatal error seems to be occurring because I have ACF installed as a mu-plugin. Your “is_plugin_active” check is always going to return false for mu-plugins.
