I tried to do an update for Cerber Security and a fatal error occurred. I went into Recovery mode and deactivated the plugin. When I try to install and activate it again, I get this error:

Fatal error: Cannot use isset() on the result of an expression (you can use “null !== expression” instead) in /home/dogfoo5/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-cerber/cerber-common.php on line 2389

I was able to update PHP through my hosting company, and that fixed the problem.
