The Email Subscriber plug in is causing our site to crash. When enabling the plug in we get the following message:
Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

Warning: require(/var/www/wp-content/plugins/email-subscribers/lite/includes/feedback/class-ig-tracker.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /var/www/wp-content/plugins/email-subscribers/email-subscribers.php on line 99

Fatal error: require(): Failed opening required ‘/var/www/wp-content/plugins/email-subscribers/lite/includes/feedback/class-ig-tracker.php’ (include_path=’.:’) in /var/www/wp-content/plugins/email-subscribers/email-subscribers.php on line 99

We are on WP Version 5.8.2
    Email Subscriber/Newsletter Version 5.0.2

Any support to get this working is appreciated.

    Hi @nseidensticker,

We have checked this issue at our end and it looks required files are present in the plugin folder.

This kind of error generally occurs when there is some temporary glitch in copying plugin files during the install/update process.

If you’re still experiencing the error we would recommend deleting the plugin and reinstalling a fresh copy of the plugin to resolve it. You may have to delete the plugin through FTP if the website isn’t accessible at your end.

The issue should be resolved automatically after this.

Hope this helps you. Let us know what comes out.

    Thank you.`
