Hi @jaime78, we’re happy to help!

To regain access to your site, please follow this guide to temporarily disable the Solid Security modules: How Do I Disable All Features If I Can’t Access My Site?

Once logged in, I’d suggest checking the plugin’s class-itsec-lib-ip-tools.php file to see if the ITSEC_Lib_IP_Tools class is being declared more than once. Also, make sure that there is only one folder of the Solid Security plugin in your site files.

Whether there is a duplicate declaration or not, try re-installing a fresh copy of the Solid Security plugin to make sure there aren’t any duplicate/corrupted files. Don’t forget to clear all sorts of cache before re-installing again, preferably in this manner: server cache -> CDN cache (if you use it) -> plugin cache -> browsercache

After reinstalling the plugin, remove the code you added that temporarily disabled the plugin so the features will be reactivated.

Hope this helps, and let us know how it goes!
