Fatal error : Error validating access token after plugin update

Hi,

I have updated the plugin for the recent release. I am getting this below fatal error. I have deactivated , cleared cache and activated again but still face this error.

I tried to check manage access but i dont see any thing in there. please guide me with this issue.

Hi @kaviyaayyappan ,

Can you try the following:
- Temporarily disable any cache plugins and clear the cache
- Delete and re-install the plugin
- Remove the WordPress integration from Meta Business Suite
- Reconnect to your page via plugin settings page
Please let us know if this gets rid of the error.

Hi @kaviyaayyappan – just wanted to follow up and check if you are still experiencing this issue?

If so, please temporarily disable any cache plugins and clear the cache, delete and re-install the plugin, and remove the WordPress integration from Meta Business Suite. Finally, re-connect to your page from the plugin settings.

i am afraid the problem persists, i am getting an email every morning about fatal error on the site and it’s the same error.

even rerolling the plugin to previous versions, does not work.
