Fatal Error, File Upload

    I am using this on a website, with pro plugin as well, However, the file uploader does not seem to be work, whenever we want to view the uploaded files in the orders, it returns the fatal error on the uploaded file/image page. In the woocommerce logs I found this log:

    I fixed this by installing phpinfo extension, I just want to say these guys have the worst support, even for the PRO plugin. It has been 3 days since I opened a ticket on their wpdesk site, nobody responds. The plugin maybe good but the support is third class. They just don’t care once you’ve paid money

    We apologize for the waiting time but we do not work on weekends.
    The question was submitted on the PRO support on Saturday morning at 08:58 so the first time we can deal with it is Monday (which is now).

    I am glad you were able to fix the problem yourself. I hope that from now on the plugin will work without problems. If there will be a problem then please write to us without hesitation. We will help at the first possible moment.

    You should have mentioned this in your support documents, that the file upload viewing requires fileinfo extension of the PHP at server level. It would have helped me, I wasted almost one week trying to fix this.
