Fatal error following update

    I’m using Nirvana Theme from Cryout Serious Theme. I created a child with Lilaea Child Theme Configurator. An update for version 2.0.5 fails and gives me the following message. I cannot access my dashboard or admin functions. I have NO idea how to correct this. Lilaea says the problem has nothing to do with their plugin. They suggest I rename the theme via ftp to force wordpress to use default theme. I am afraid of losing even the public website let alone admin functions. I have the latest version of wordpress.

    Try renaming post_form_autocomplete_off() function on your theme / plugin to something else or add unique prefix on it. The error was caused by theme / plugin redeclaring post_form_autocomplete_off().
