Because of this error Fatal error: Using $this when not in object context in (…)public_html/wp-content/plugins/freshmail-newsletter/src/Plugin/Newsletter/Freshmail.php on line 978 i cant add checkbox to registration page or comment form.

Unfortunately we can’t induce the same error on our WordPress installations. Could you please provide some more information?
