Hello,
I wanted to try this plugin on the website I’m doing, but when I activate the plugin there are the following errors:

I’m working with “Local”, the project isn’t yet online, but I never had this kind of issue when installing a plugin.

Hi @ainab sorry about that. I think I have an idea what is causing this and have prepared a change that should fix this: https://github.com/matomo-org/wp-matomo/pull/300

Is there any chance you get test this locally by replacing the content of the file wp-content/plugins/matomo/classes/WpMatomo/Db/WordPress.php with the content of this file? https://raw.githubusercontent.com/matomo-org/wp-matomo/develop/classes/WpMatomo/Db/WordPress.php
