  • Try re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder – from a fresh download of WordPress.

    hi esmi

when u mentioned about re uploading all files and folders, do i need to delete them in the first place before re upload or just replacing the older files ?

Delete the wp-admin & wp-includes folder plus everything in the root WordPress folder except for your wp-config.php and .htaccess files.
