do you have a /home/content/r/a/v/ravenhart/html/wp-includes/query.php uploaded?
can you load that file in your browser? like go to http://www.your-domain.com/wp-includes/query.php ?
is there an wp-admin/gears-manifest.php? can you load that in your browser?
these sorts of errors are usually due to errant file uploads, but theres always this:

The first link gave me a blank page. The second gave me a huge list of files.
I tried the last thing, but wasn’t sure what to do with it. I changed the part of wp-config.php and uploaded it, but it didn’t do anything to change the status on the page.
wp-admin/gears-manifest.php
you need to make sure that file exists.
It’s there in the file on my server.

I just installed WordPress from the site, uploaded it with everything changed properly (using GoDaddy). I go to install it and get:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_admin() in /home/content/r/a/v/ravenhart/html/wp-admin/includes/comment.php on line 159
I checked to make sure I had the file on the server, that my information was correct, and that I had a PHP database going, but nothing was wrong. I’ve had WordPress on my server before and it didn’t do this. I know I have enough room, since I went through and deleted old files. Is this a server-side problem?
