    Hi.

The WP plugin made my dashboard inaccessible after activation.

    Here is the error message.

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class ConstantContactWidget in /home1/gwendol3/public_html/wp-content/plugins/constant-contact-forms/includes/widgets/contact-form-select.php on line 195

    Good day @ladyshaft2828

My first and biggest concern is if you are still locked out of your website, or if you have since regained access to it.

If not, chances are you or someone else are going to need to log into the server via FTP to rename the plugin folder so that it will deactivate itself and the fatal error will go away.

Regarding the error itself, it looks like you probably have a different plugin(or maybe the theme) that provides a widget. It just happens that both our plugin, and this other source named some items the exact same and thus we’re receiving the error shown.

Do you know of any other plugins you have active that provide Constant Contact integration?

@ladyshaft2828 Any changes or new developments with this one? We don’t want to leave you hanging there, and want to get you going with the plugin where possible.

Closing for the time being. If the original poster comes back with more information, we’ll resume debugging at that time.

    Thanks.
