Fatal error – line 31

Hi, at firs i want apologize for my english – is very low.

The plug in installed with no problem, but problem start when i want turn on this plugin.

I click Plugins > installed plugins > Activate

and i have comunication:

“plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /wordpress15/wp-content/plugins/wp-gdpr-compliance/wp-gdpr-compliance.php on line 31”

i try turn in on (activate) on diffrent wordpress page and i have allways this same info
