Fatal Error Message

Can someone help?
I can access the Dashboard of my WordPress Blog but when I try to view the pages/posts they won’t load. I only get a Fatal error message.
My tech guru friend says that he thinks the site may have been hacked, but My hosting company cannot find any signs of interferance. I have also run a Securi and Wordfence scan and it’s come back with nothing. I don’t know what else to do or where to turn??
