• I was installing the plugin W3 Total Cache on my WordPress site using the default theme 2015,and got this error message: Fatal Error: Class ‘W3_PgCache’ not found in /usr/home/hitstars11/domains/fanningfamilyhistory.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-cart-for-digital=products/wp_eStore1.php on line 1249

I can’t do anything on my Dashboard and just get this fatal error message. I can load my site but that’s all.

My site is Fanning Family History

I don’t know anything about using code so any help needs to be fairly simple.
    Thanks in advance.

  • It looks like it is a compatibility issue with this plugin and that plugin. You could try using WP Super Cache but chances are is that is just a very old plugin.

I was installing the plugin W3 Total Cache on my WordPress multisite using the recently updated scroller parallax theme. Now the site has totally crashed and isn’t accessible any more.
Is there anything I could do about it???

Tineda please open your own thread and provide the following information.

    – The site URL
    – The modules you had enabled if any
    – The theme name
    – any other useful information you can think of
