    Hello,

After installing WooCommerce plugin on my website this error message just popped up “Fatal error: Class ‘CI_WooCommerce_Widget_Recent_Products’ not
found in /home/content/26/9905326/html/kobyjonesphones/wp-includes/widgets.php on line 324,” and it doesn’t allow me to do anything until I deleted the plugin through ftp client file zilla. Can anybody help me to understand what’s happening and what I need to do to rectify this issue?

Thank you very much in advance!

Sounds like there is a conflict between that plugin and either another plugin or your theme. Try deactivating all other plugins and switching to the default (twentytwelve) theme – activate WC. If you have no problems, switch to your theme – if that’s okay, switch on your other plugins one by one until you find the bad one.

Thanks for your insightful reply. I tried activating the twentytwelve theme and it works just fine with the plugin. But the problem came right after I have activated my theme once again. Please what can I do now since I would still need the woocommerce plugin before the website can work.

    Counting on you please!

    What theme is it?

Ok, it’s “Agora” from cssigniter. This is the link http://www.cssigniter.com/preview/agora/

    Thanks once again!

You’ll need to either ask them (these forums don’t support commercial themes, sorry) or try asking WooCommerce here:
