I have attempted to delete it and reinstall. When I click activate that is the message if get.

Please deactivate the other USM plugin before trying to activate https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/ultimate-social-media-plus.
Also, could you please check if you have the latest version of the plugin installed?
Sorry, I meant I tried both plugins but not same time.
And all other plugins disabled. Also, tested with PHP 5.6, 7.0, 7.1, 7.2.
The issue is there with the latest version and an older version too (2.2.5).
What is my next step? I am now seeing the last few messages (I’m in Colorado- they came in around 2am).
