Fatal Error message whem installing version 7.0.1

I am using WP 4.9.6

After installing version 7.0.1, I get a white screen with the following error message.

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 5339038 bytes) in /home/username/public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1469

I had to revert back to version 6.9.2

After looking at the support posts it seems as if other users are having issues with this version as well.

Many say it is “killing” their websites.
