Probably something on your server failed during the update. You can delete MetaSlider, then install MetaSlider again. You will not lose any slideshows.
If it happens again, check how much disk space you have on the server.
Let me know if something is still broken after that.

If you disable Jetpack, you still see the error message from Jetpack? If so then you might need to contact Jetpack about that.
Can you install other plugins? Try installing any other plugin and see if there is an error.
