    Hello,

I have been enjoying FooGallery for a few months now with no problems, but all of a sudden today my site crashed with a HTTP ERROR 500 and this was in the error log:

    hi there,

So sorry for the issue you are having. What version of FooGallery are you using? And are you also on a multisite install?

I did a quick search for the error and found a few references to this, including https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/plugin-triggered-fatal-error-2/

On that page, the solution was to follow these steps:

    1. Please install our troubleshooting plugin:
    https://github.com/Freemius/freemius-fixer/
    2. Download the data dump and send it to [brad at fooplugins dot com].
    3. After you have the dump you can clean up the local data of the SDK and it should fix the issue.

Please try that out and let me know if it worked for you

    That worked! Thanks!

And FYI it’s the latest version of FooGallery, and yes it’s a multisite.
