Fatal error Need Help To Resolve

    Hi Everyone,
    I installed a wordpress template I got as a PLR and installed it here:
    http://educationalchildsplay.com/baby

    but all I get is this:
    Fatal error: Call to undefined function: get_header() in /home/educate/public_html/baby/index.php on line 1

    Can anyone help me fix it?
