Fatal Error new activation

    Hello,

    I just installed and activated the Customizer whenI go to dashboard>woocomm>email customizer I see the following message.

    Hey,
    Which plugins do you have enabled? Do you have any orders on your site? When on the customizer page can you see the options on the left to choose an order or is all that missing?

    Hello
    -I do have orders already on my site.
    -I do see the options on the left, and they seem to be active, i can click through them. The fatal error is in the view area.
    I have 21 different plug ins

    ok great, Under “email type and text” choose a “PREVIEW ORDER” from the select box and save.

    Once I clicked on a consumers order the mail preview shows and seems to be working, but only when I have someone selected. I’m going to try it out and send myself a test email

    So this just means that you have a plugin (likly a payment plugin) that is interacting with the order in woocommerce in some way and it doesn’t like the mockup order that this plugin tries to create to preview emails. Within Woocommerce you need something to populate the date so just leaving on a real order would be fine and would be my suggestion.

    I have exactly the same problem. The Woocommerce Pre-Order Plugin is causing it: https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-pre-orders/

    But your workaround helped. Thanks Ben!
